Yin Yoga Workshop with Andrea Huson
on Friday, September 13th from 5.30 bis 7.15 p.m.
this will be followed by a free info meeting until approx. 8.30 p.m.

In this Yin Yoga workshop, I would like to invite you to encounter the joy within you.

Joy is a feeling of happiness, contentment and fulfillment. It arises from good experiences that you have in very different situations. 

When was the last time you felt joy? What did it feel like? Where could you feel it in your body? How did it resonate?

This feeling is not easy or safe for everyone. There are good reasons for this, which lie in the way you grew up. Perhaps today your striving for perfection, your fear of vulnerability, a demanded sense of self-worth, stands in the way of your feeling of joy.
Joy has a high energy vibration and tension. It needs a body that can meet it and feel it. I would like to invite you to give your joy more space, a safe space in which you can get to know each other and (further) deepen your bond and experiences. Wonderful side effects of this joy connection can be for you: an increase in your well-being, stress reduction, strengthening your resilience, a booster for your creativity and especially a greater connection to yourself and others.

We use yin yoga, mindful bodywork and nervous system practice techniques.
