From self-practice to meditation, exploring the connection between body, mind and emotions. Turning the “demanding outside world” into a softer, more welcoming, more connected environment for Yourself, creating your own reality isn't something easy but once we tune into our True Nature, we can reach our full potential of infinite and divine energy.
We will take time to look into different tools like Ayurveda, self-care, meditation, breath, intuitive movement and embodied flow. We will explore and dive into the sensations of (re) connecting with ourselves and learning to trust the intrinsic intelligence of the body, opening up to the spontaneity of the soul.
The Workshop is open to all. However if you are a complete beginner please contact Marjorie.
In her yoga teaching Marjorie combines the elements of Vinyasa yoga, active meditation, intuitive forms of movement and Ayurveda. Her style is challenging on the one hand and healing on the other hand. A wonderful combination to sweat and go deep and to prepare for a peaceful meditation. Marjorie had her first contact with yoga and meditation when she was 13 years old and deepened her practice 8 years ago in the US followed by a Vinyasa teacher training.
In addition Marjorie is an Ayurvedic therapist and created her own business for yoga, nutrition and healthy lifestyle called My Urban Veda.
