For me, yoga means blossoming into self-love through self-care.

While practicing, I feel a holistic bliss in addition to the physical exercise.
As a companion, I create a space for you that is free from perfectionism but full of acceptance. It's about experiencing and accepting limits. And above all: breathing and smiling.

I recognize each of my so-called “students” equally as a valuable teacher.

In 2018, I completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at KarmaKarma/Düsseldorf with a focus on teaching Vinyasa Yoga. This was followed by numerous further training courses. With the help of various workshops with teachers from all over the world, such as Talia Sutra, Ali Cramer, Kenny Frisbee and many other yogis, I was also able to immerse myself in the world of Aerial Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yogaboard Sessions, Fascia Yoga, Yin Yoga, Nada Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and various Breathwork Sessions.

I have danced my way through life since childhood; starting with ballet, contemporary dance, folklore, standard and Latin American dances. So you can always look forward to flowing and challenging sequences with me.
