"Yoga is so multifaceted for me- my anchor, my refuge, my inner voice, my connection between body, soul and breath, my driver and coach, my creativity, my path to self-acceptance in troubled times.
For me, this includes not only the physical expression of the asanas, but especially the philosophy and way of life behind yoga.
I longed to share this feeling of deep inner peace that yoga gives me and to give this feeling to others. In 2021 I then started and completed my 225 Vinyasa Yoga training at KarmaKarma.

My yoga classes are a blend of calm, powerful and flowing asanas and an inspiration to the soul. The most important thing for me is that you can drop into your inner sanctuary, be the one when no one is around , arrive in the here and now, notice your breath, let the world out there be world for once. To be aware of yourself and your body, maybe to go to your limits or even beyond, to try something unexpected and above all, that my yoga class makes you smile.
I am happy to accompany you on a trip in my classes."
